Meetings All commission and subcommittee meetings are open to the public. They are held the first and third Wednesdays at the State Capitol. Agendas, meeting times and room numbers can be found at http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us. Click on either the "Meetings and Events" link or on the "Committee Meetings" button. The first meeting of the Blue Ribbon Commission was held June 22, 2001 at the State Capitol. Commissioners continued to meet monthly until September 2001, when the meeting schedule was expanded to twice per month because of the magnitude of work. Below are minutes for each meeting. Minutes from the most recent meeting will not be posted until they are approved at the next meeting.
